Your content and outputs
You keep responsibility for your inputs, and AI-generated outputs should be reviewed before you rely on them.
You retain the rights you already have in the content you submit, subject to the rights of third parties and applicable law.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should review them carefully before using them in academic, legal, medical, financial, or other important contexts.
You are responsible for verifying citations, checking source quality, and making sure any final work meets your institution's standards.
In a nutshell
Payments, credits, and no refunds
Paid plans and credits follow the pricing and limits shown in the product, and all purchases are final.
If you purchase a subscription, credit pack, or other paid feature, the price, billing cadence, and any usage limits are shown during checkout or in the product.
We may update pricing, quotas, and product limits from time to time, and changes apply when they are posted in the service or at checkout.
We do not accept refunds, credits, charge reversals, or prorated returns for unused time, unused credits, generated content, or account inactivity, except where required by law.
In a nutshell
Service changes and termination
We can update, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the service when needed.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe it is necessary for safety, security, abuse prevention, payment issues, or a violation of these terms.
We may also change, pause, or discontinue features while we improve the product or respond to operational needs.
If your account is terminated, you may lose access to content or features associated with that account, subject to any legal retention obligations we have.
In a nutshell
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided on an as-available basis, and you should not treat outputs as a substitute for professional review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thesion is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that generated outputs will be accurate for your specific use case.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory laws.

Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time, and the updated version will be posted on this page.
